ALLAH

Allah الله 

My very first attempt at playing around with producing Arabic/Muslim art. I remember watching TV with my family and I was doodling around in my sketchbook, feeling really uninspired. There was a painting hanging on the wall, of الله . My father had purchased it from a contemporary Indonesian artist and I was inspired by the strokes. Next thing I knew, this was in my sketchbook. The floral background was replicated from the flowers on the blouse I was wearing.
